While we're sad to see you go, we're also here to help. If you've paid via entering your credit card information, just follow the directions below to cancel your subscription:
1. Hover over the first name associated with the account in the top right of the webpage and click "Settings."
2. From your account management page, click "Show your payment & service history", and then "CreditCard."
3. Next, click "Cancel Subscription."
4. Type "CANCEL" in the provided field to confirm you wish to cancel your subscription, and click "Cancel Subscription."
5. If you have cancelled successfully you'll see a screen similar to this one:
If you paid via PayPal, you are unable to cancel the subscription on our site since PayPal keeps your billing information private. To cancel a subscription via PayPal, please head on over to PayPal.com or contact them directly.
